Based on a relationship of trust and understanding, I work collaboratively with clients to address specific problems and explore more deeply rooted issues. I take the time to get to know each client individually, use humor, capitalize on existing strengths and develop both concrete skills (i.e. relaxation, coping skills, communication) and explore emotions.
