Group Therapy 

This group is geared towards adults who are currently struggling with issues around sexual or gender identity. The journey towards understanding one's sexual or gender identity is a personal one, but the emotions experienced are often shared. Group is a safe and confidential space to talk about experiences, and gain support and perspective from others.

Drug and Alcohol Assessments

When considering whether alcohol or substance use is problematic an assessment can be helpful.  We will meet to discuss your background, history and current substance use as well as the role drugs or alcohol play in your life and relationships. Depending on your personal or legal needs, I will also administer mood and substance use and addiction measures
